Design

You’ve dreamt about this day forever, and now it’s time to make it real. Our design process ensures every detail of your wedding tells your unique love story, while dazzling your guests and leaving them talking about your day for years to come. Our design services include:

  • Pre-Design & Concept Development

    • We kick things off with a design meeting, where we capture your vision and style. From color palettes to textures and patterns, we create a cohesive look that feels uniquely you.

    Spatial & Event Layouts

    • Whether it’s your ceremony or reception, we map out layouts that flow effortlessly and highlight what’s important to you.

    Food & Beverage Design

    • From the first bite to the last toast, we design a food and drink experience that reflects your taste and keeps guests talking.

    Paper & Event Branding

    • Your invitations, favors, and signage tell your guests what to expect. We make sure every piece matches your style and vision.

    Floral & Décor Design

    • We work closely with your florist to make sure your flowers and décor tie everything together beautifully.

    • Access to our trusted vendor list, plus support in reviewing contracts and attending key meetings to nail down the details.


Wedding Design

Coordination

From the moment you hand over the reins, we’re here to ensure your wedding day unfolds seamlessly. Our coordination services handle every detail, so you and your loved ones can simply enjoy the celebration.

  • Pre-Wedding Preparations

    • We receive and organize all your decor items one week before the wedding and ensure everything is ready for setup. All personal items must be provided at least a day before the event. If additional help is needed, we’ll bring in extra assistants (additional cost). Note: Friends and family aren’t permitted to assist with setup.

    Vendor Coordination

    • We confirm all vendors and their schedules 6-8 weeks prior, making final adjustments two weeks before the wedding to ensure everyone is on the same page.

    Meetings & Walkthroughs

    • We’ll have a wrap-up meeting six weeks out, a final planning meeting two weeks prior, and a venue walkthrough to finalize details with key vendors.

    Timeline & Instructions

    • We create and distribute detailed timelines for the wedding day, covering the bridal party, vendors, and family. We’ll also lead a one-hour ceremony rehearsal during the wedding week.

    On-Site Wedding Day Coordination

    We manage every aspect of your wedding day, coordinating vendors, managing timelines, styling decor, and ensuring your vision comes to life. We cue participants for key events and handle every detail from the ceremony to the reception.

    Post-Wedding Cleanup

    We oversee your grand exit, vendor teardown, and ensure all personal items are collected and safely handed off before we leave the venue.

    Staffing

    Our team includes one assistant for weddings up to 200 guests. For larger events, additional assistants will be provided to ensure smooth coordination (additional fees apply).

Event Management

Imagine having someone who knows your day inside and out, handling every detail so you can be fully present in the moment.     Staffing

    • One assistant is included for up to 200 guests, with additional team members available for larger celebrations.

    Post-Ceremony

    • We stay 45 minutes after dinner to ensure everything transitions smoothly. If you’d like us to stay through the grand exit or for teardown, we’re happy to accommodate (additional fee applies).
