    Food & Beverage Design:

    • Selection of paper, event branding, and design elements (invitations, day-of paper, gift bags, favors, escort card displays, signage).

    • One-hour consultation for wedding invitation selection.

    Floral & Décor Design:

    • Design Consultant attends two meetings with florist/decorator (initial and final).

    • Design Consultant assists in conveying the couple's vision to the florist, providing a design dossier and event layout.

    Final Design Delivery:

    • Budget creation, tracking, and monthly updates to keep you on track

    • One 30-minute meeting for budget review and advice.

    Planning & Organization:  

    • Monthly updates: personalized to-do list, progress reports, and email check-ins.

    • Assistance with organizing files: checklists, spreadsheets, contracts, notes.

    • Customized timeline and event flow, updated regularly.

    Guest & Venue Coordination:  

    • Finalize seating charts, table layouts, guest accommodations, and transportation.

    • Communicate with the couple, venue, and vendors (6-8 weeks before the wedding)

A wedding coordinator manages the flow of the event on the day of. They can also handle any last-minute emergencies that may arise, allowing you and your partner to relax and enjoy the celebration. With a wedding coordinator on board, you can rest assured that every detail will be taken care of, leaving you free to focus on what really matters – the love and commitment you are making to each other

  • Pre-Wedding Preparations:

    • Receipt of fully assembled wedding decor items up to one week before the wedding.

    • Couples must provide all items for setup at least one day before the wedding (e.g., guest book, cake knife, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, etc.).

    • If additional setup help is needed, the planner may hire extra assistants at an additional cost.

    • Note: Friends and family are not permitted to assist with setup.

    Vendor Coordination:

    • Final confirmation of all vendors, including individualized timelines and instructions.

    • Planner contacts all wedding professionals 6-8 weeks before the wedding to gather necessary details for seamless coordination.

    • Final vendor confirmations and timeline adjustments 2 weeks before the wedding.

    Meetings & Walkthroughs:

    • Wrap-up meeting (1 hour) 6 weeks before the wedding.

    • Final planning meeting 2 weeks before the wedding.

    • Final venue walkthrough with relevant vendors.

    Timeline & Instructions:

    • Create and distribute detailed wedding day timelines to all parties (venue, vendors, wedding party, family).

    Post-Wedding Cleanup:

    • Oversee the grand exit and coordinate with the entertainment provider.

However, there's more work involved than just showing up on the day of the event. Before the event, the event manager will confirm all details with vendors and the couple, creating a timeline for the day to make sure that everything is in sync.

On the day of the event, the event manager will oversee every aspect, from the venue set up to the timing of the ceremony and reception. This way, the couple can relax and enjoy their special day without any worries or stress. In short, event management plays a crucial role in creating a successful event, especially weddings, and can make all the difference in delivering a memorable and stress-free experience.
